This is my experience Friday evening January the 16th, 2026: Very rude and incomptent pharmacist. I felt like i have to do there job for him. Please hire more knowledgeable pharmacist in lagoona branch. Will not be returning to this branch

Staff are very Friendly and helpful. Always suggested to have alternative medicines or healthy Products.

Unfortunately the pharmacist in Khulud Lagoona is rather incompetent. I came in with a doctor’s prescription and he didn’t manage to enter the right diagnosis in the system, so insurance refused the medicine, because of course it is not covered under the wrong diagnosis !
