Disappointing experience at this branch. Despite having all required documents, I was informed they don't open accounts there and was redirected to Museum Branch, which also couldn't help. Poor branch coordination and inefficient service. Improvement needed."

Pathetic corporate service. They do not even know the meaning of customer service. Bank guarantees takes weeks to process; while other banks do it in one day. Exorbitant transaction fees.
