This is not a 4 star hotel, more like 3 stars at best. The facilities (gym, pool, room) are worn down and feel outdated. I wouldn’t stay there again. That said, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast was also good and tasty. Unfortunately, the aging property outweighs the positives.

We had a great dinner as a group of friends, thanks to the excellent service from Hassan Ali, Komu, Mostafa and Abdul. They were all very kind, attentive, and professional, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the evening. Wonderful service and a lovely experience.. highly appreciated!
