told them the gel wasn’t cured properly after finding out it was still wet underneath they told me our policy says “three days” and when i asked to read their policy they told me it was verbal. cured gel shouldn’t be in the policy since it was done poorly and could’ve risk to a consumer’s health.
Super disappointed! Am a customer for almost 4 years!!!! I had my home service booked early for today at 9 and they just didn’t show up and didn’t answer my calls! Plus reading and ignoring all my msgs!!!!
