The staff members are extremely impolite. It seems as though they prioritize personal conversations over attending to customers. For instance, one employee kept me waiting while she chatted on the phone with a friend about plans for the evening.
Bad customer service, not helpful at all, and very rude, your staff supposed to be nicer!! I was going to activate my account but not anymore!!
