Bad story. Im waiting for 1 hours, when my queue number called, someone already in counter 8 and she said to me to wait. She said I have missed it. How come ? She suggest me to wait. Oke then After waiting for 30 minutes. She come to me and told me to take another queue number. This is ridiculous.
